Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Onsare Gaudencio Mamwacha, who died on 12th May, 2012. CAUSE No.1 OF 2018 By (1) Lydia Mogere Nyakeri and (2) Celccencia Nyakenario, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Charles Mogire Onyancha, who died on 14th September, 2016. CAUSE NO. 30 OF 2018 By George Morara Zacharia, of P.O. Box 843-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joana Onsinyo Nyankeboka, who died at Nyamage, on 1st September, 1981. CAUSE NO. 94 OF 2018 By (1) Pamella Kwamboka Nya:rega and (2) Jocyleen Nyarega, both of P.O. Box 590-40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pauline Nyamanyi Nyarega, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 13th December, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
