TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this Court in: PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION CAUSE NO. 345 OF 2018 By Gordon Otieno Omedo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gordon Omedo Gor alias Omedo Gor, who died at Bar "B", Kisumu, on 7th May, 1989. CAUSE No.349 OF 2018 By (1) Lilian Achieng and (2) Don Ochieng Ouko, both of P.O. Box 1089, Ojola in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectivekly, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Ouko Ajwang alias Orende Ajwang, who died at Ojola Sub-location, on 7th May, 2013. CAUSE No. 360 OF 2018 By Loice Wangui Kamau, of P.O. Box 56178-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kamau Kimani, who died at Port Florence Hospital, Kisumu in Kenya, on 12th January, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contraly and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
