NOTICE is given that by a deed poii dated 1st February, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 399, in Volume DI, Folio 62/822, File No. MMXVIII, by our client, Orangi Gideon Bosire (Guardian) on behalf of Elizabeth Nyamoita Orangi (minor), of P.O. Box 228 Nyamira in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mary Maroko formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Maroko, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Elizabeth Nyamoita Orangi for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Elizabeth Nyamoita Orangi only.
