GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5061

WHEREAS Jane Mwihaki Harrision (ID/0802 179), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.115 hectare or thereabouts, known as-NyandarualMiharati Township/73, situate in the district of Nyandarua, and whereas the High Court at Nyeri in civil case No. 400 of 1986, has ordered and signed transfer documents in favour of Highlands Homes Investment Company Limited, and whereas Jane Mwihaki Harrision has adamantly failed and refused to surrender the certificate of lease, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of lease and proceed with registration of the said instrument, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jane Mwihaki Harrision, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Box 30297, Nairobi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Daniel Sanoe Lolari (ID 12655475), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 25th May, 2018.
