WHEREAS Mary Wanja Gituku, of P.O. Box 89, Mweiga in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 0.40 and 0.73 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, registered under title Nos. NyerifUasonyiro/773 and 774, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing and efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed obsolete and of no effect.
