WHEREAS (I) Nain Harilal Shah and (2) Hiralaxmi Harilal Shah (as trustees for (I) Akshay Nain Shah, (2) Adarsh Shah and (3) Annay Nain Shah (all minors), all of P.O. Box 182, Nanyuki in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that Town House No.3 known as L.R. No. 1870/111/108, situate in the city of Nairobi in the 18th May, 2018 THE KENYA GAZETTE 1469 Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease registered as JR. 107483, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the property register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
