WHEREAS Githui Kabubi, of P.O. Box 431, Karatina in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land 11th May, 2018 THE KENYA GAZETFE 1427 known as RugurufKiamarigal1575, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the senior principal magistrate's court at Karatina in succession cause No. 163 of 2016 has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Peterson Mama Githui and (2) three others, and whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Peterson Mama Githui and (2) three others, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier shall to the said Githui Kabubi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Box 6886-00300, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as OthayaIKiahagu/729, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court at Nyeri in succession cause No. 560 of 2012 has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) John Waithanji Maruga and (2) five others, and whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue a land title deed to the said (1) John Waithanji Maruga and (2) five others, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier shall to the said Wangui wlo Muruga, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
