WHEREAS Peter Mugambi Karobia, of P.O. Box 1238-10400, Nanyuki in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.800 hectaré or thereabouts, known as Nanyuki/Marura Block 8/987 (Nuirukuma), situate in Laikipia District, and whereas the land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost and efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the property register as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
