TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSENO. 526 OF 2017 By Samuel Kuria Kimani, of P.O. Box 30940900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanyoike Kiarie, who died at Nairobi, on 16th May, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. By (1) Josephine Ogalo Olanga and (2) Arthur Mango Olanga, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jorim Olanga Amito alias Olanga Amito, who died on 11th November, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
