TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 46 OF 2018 By (I) Francis Njuguna Ng'ang'a and (2) Beatrice Wairimu Ng'ang'a, both of P.O. Box 913-00900. Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ng'ang'a Ironjo, who died at Kirigiti, on 1st November, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
