TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 243 OF 2017 By Raphael Owino Okumu, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Okumu, who died on 20th November, 2000. CAUSE No.1 OF 2018 By (1) Peter Otieno Ajulu and (2) Daniel Stephan Orwa Ajulu, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Ajulu Jajwalo, who died on 8th March, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
