TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.5 OF 2018 By Maria Coppo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of De Fabianis Lucio, who died on 11th November, 2009. CAUSE NO. 21 OF 2018 By (1) Sosi Fujo Mumba, (2) Shedrack Mumba Fujo and (3) Mumba Jonathan Fujo, all of P.O. Box 381, Malindi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of admimstration intestate to the estate of Fujo Mumba alias Philip Fujo Mumba, who died at Malindi Hospital in Kenya, on 4th May, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
