CAUSE No.9 OF 2018 By Jane Wanjiru Irungu, of P.O. Box 161-10200, Murang'a in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Irungu Kariithi alias Peter Irungu Kareithi, late of Gakayu Sub- location, who died at Mishomoroni, on 20th November, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
