Box 42199-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Albert Wafula Nalondo, who died at Moi's Bridge, on 24th May, 2015. CAUSE NO.70 OF 2017 By (1) Piriah Kemunto Chwara and (2) Teresa Moraa Ichwara, both of P.O. Box 83, Kapeherop in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nahashon Chwara Bitonga late of Charachani, Nyamira, who died on 6th October, 1996. CAUSE No. 147 OF 2017 By Patrick Were Simiyu, of P.O. Box 4813, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julia Nawire Simiyu, who died at Namanjalala Sub-location, on 2nd November, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
