TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court In: CAUSE No.57 OF 2017 By Thomas Otieno Adega, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Achieng Adega, who died on 14th July, 1994. CAUSE No.59 OF 2017 By (1) Jane Adhiambo Ouma and (2) Thomas Odhiambo Ouma, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tobis Ouma Odundo, who died on 14th June, 2015. CAUSE No. 17 OF 2018 By (1) Mary Agutu Ouma and (2) Bearice Alice Atieno Ogonyo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zablon Ongongo Jairo alias Zablon Ongongo Ojika, who died on 17th June, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
