TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 10 OF 2018 By Herman Okelo Omolo, of P.O. Box 214, Sare-Awendo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barnabas Obila Omolo, who died at Lwala Sub-location, on 19th December, 1989. CAUSE NO. 16 OF 2018 By Tabitha Gati Chacha, of P.O. Box 1096-40400, Suna-Migori in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Thiongo Nganga, who died at Ngisiru Sub-location, on 4th May, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
