IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 235 (1) of the Constitution as read together with section 45 (a) of the County Govermnents Act, 2012 and upon approval by the County Assembly of Vihiga, I Wilber Khasilwa Ottichilo, Governor of Vihiga County, appoint the person named in the first colunm of the schedule to be the County Chief Officer responsible for the matters respectively specified in the second column of the schedule.
