REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued in pursuance to the provisions of section 6 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicle registration Nos. KAE 415H Mitsubishi Pajero, KUD 162 Mercedes Benz, KAM 469G Volvo 244GL, Jeep Chassis No. 1JAW68N4XC670704, UAK 033W VW Passat, KBQ 615L Jeep 4Wheel drive and KVK 664 Range Rover, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles from Umar Auto Garage within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payments of all storage charges, all other lawful charges incurred as at the date of taking delivery plus the cost of publishing this Gazette notice, unless the said motor vehicles are collected from the said Umar Auto Garage, the same will be sold through public auction or private treaty without any further notice and the proceeds thereof will be used to defray the accrued charges, the balance if any shall be at the owners credit, but should there be a shortfall the owners shall be liable thereto.
