REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued in pursuance of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38), to the owner of motor vehicle registration No. KAT 201R, Toyota Saloon to collect the said motor vehicle currently lying at the premises of Messrs. Hazina Motors Limited, Godown No. 24, along Busia Road, Nairobi, within twenty one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all outstanding repairs charges, storage charges and any other incidental costs incurred as at the date of delivery, if the said car is not collected at the expiry of this notice, the same will be sold through public auction and/or private treaty by Flazina Motors Limited without any further reference to the owner.
