TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.4 OF 2018 By (1) Mary Mwikali Ntheketha and (2) Vincent Makau Nzomo, both of P.O. Box 20564-00100, Nairobi in Kenya the deceased's widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Ntheketha Kakene, who died at Kulbiyow, Somalia, on 27th January, 2017. CAUSE NO. 9 OF 2018 By (1) Mutio Ndonye and (2) Lawrence Makau Ndonye, both of P.O. Box 295, Kisukioni in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Ndonye'Ngila, who died at Makindu Hospital in Kenya,on 9th April, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
