TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 212 OF 2017 By Charles Ndiritu Ndiangui, of P.O. Box 224, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Ndiritu Ndiangui, who died at Muhotetu, on 5th March, 2000. CAUSE No. 220 OF 2017 By (1) Elizabeth Gathoni Mwangi and (2) Lucia Warigia Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 256, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Kibacio Githitu alias Mwangi Kibachu Githitu, who died at Shamanei, Laikipia West, on 19th December, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
