TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 2 OF 2018 By (1) Passerini Luigia, (2) Bernaroli Gianni and (3) Bemaroli Patrizia, the deceased's widow, brother and niece, respectively, for the sealing of a grant of probate of letters of administration intestate issued in anothercountiy to the estate of Ciro Bemaroli, who died at Verona, Italy', on 11th September, 2016. CAuSEN0.40F2018 ' By (1) Vanna Vanni and (2) Alberto Vanni, both of Rimini, via Santa Aquilina No. 20/B, the deceased's children, for the sealing of a grant probate of letters of administration intestate issued in another country to the estate of Vanni Elio, who died at Rimini, Italy, on 10th September, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
