WHEREAS Perla Di Watamu Management Limited, of P.O. Box 26-80202, Watamu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kilifi, registered under tide No. KilifilJimba/l370, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no objection will be received within that period.
