Box 10, Muthara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andriano Mbaabu M'Lithima, who died at Kiirua Hospital in Kenya, on 21st February. 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE NO. 286 OF 2017 By Gerald Kimathi Nkanata, of P.O. Box 1379, Meru, in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Nkanata Kabwithia, who died at Kirugua Sub-location, on 2nd March, 2002. CAUSE No. 287 OF 2017 By (1) Teresia Kaindi M'Ithinji and (2) Stanley Mugita M'Ithinji, both of P.O.,Box 2098, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ithinji Anampiu alias M'Ithinji M'Anampiu, who died at Kanjagi, on 3rd April, 2000.
