NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th January, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 208, in Volume DI, Folio 29/421, File No. MMXVIII, by our client, Beth Muthoni Mburu, on behalf of Travis Phellps Theuri, of P.O Box 5985, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Travis Phellps Kariuki, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Travis Phellps Kariuki and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Travis Phellps Theuri, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Travis Phellps Theuri only.
