APPROVAL

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 117 (2) (a) of the Insurance Act, the Insurance Regulatory Authority approves the transfer of the long-term insurance business following the scheme of transfer dated the 24th May, 2017, between Cannon Assurance Limited (transferor) and Metropolitan Cannon Life Insurance Limited (transferee) both incorporated under the Companies Act and registered under the Insurance Act.
