REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Shehnaz Abdehussein Ebrahimjee Noorbahi Damji, the administrator to the estate of Gulamali Ebrahimjee Noorbhai Adamjee alais Gulamali Ebrahimji (deceased), of P.O. Box 99389– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 377, situate in Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered in Lt. 37, Folio 65/5, File 3448, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file in respect of the land title deed has been lost/misplaced, and whereas the registered owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
