REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Martin Maina Mwai (ID/22011227), of P.O. Box 180, Karatina in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 0.14, 0.101, 0.31 and 0.40 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, registered under title No. Kiine/Kiangai/1994, 2239, 2410, 2661, 2662, 3041 and 3555, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
