REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Yusuf Issa Yusuf, of P.O. Box 101745, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2023 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mombasa/MS/Block 1/2093, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
