IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Section 145 of the Public Health Act, and following the publication of Gazette Notice Number 8885 of 15th September, 2017, the Cabinet Secretary for Health designates the area described in the Schedule as an authorized Cemetry. SCHEDULE The area of land known as Plot number L.R. No. 10701/5 measuring 69.5 acres (28.1 hectares) or thereabout situated in Magumu, Nyandarua County. Dated the 11th November, 2017.
