WHEREAS Magua Ngobe (deceased), is registered as proprictor of that piece of lend containing 0.95 acre or thereabouts, known as Karai/Gikambura/l I13, situate in the district of Kiambu, and wheleas the Senior Principal Magistrate's Court at Kikuyu in succession causc No. 184 of 2Ol7, has issucd grant letters of administration to Zachary Kimani Magua, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to thc said Mague Ngobe (deceased), has bcen rcported missing or lost, notice is givcn that after thc expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, providcd no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land titlc deed and prcceed with rcgistration of the said instruments of R. L. 19 and R. L. 7 and issue a land title deed to the said Zachary Kimani Magua, and upon such registration the land titlc deed issucd earlier to the said Magua Ngobe (dcceascd), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
