WHEREAS George Otieno Bare, of Kagilo in the Republic of
Kenya, is registered ai proprietor in absolute ownership intcrest of all ttrat piece ofland containing 1.0 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Siaya, registered under title No. East Gem/IGgilo/631, and whereas suffriient ividence has been adduced to show that the lend title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hcreol I shall issue a new title deed providld that no objection has been received within that period.
