WHEREAS Kaumaldev Rammurti Bootaram Soni, of P.O. Box 95247, Mombasa in the Rcpublic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land known as portion No. 24 Kipini' containing 3.57 acres or thereabout, situate in Kipini Municipality in Tana River District, registered as Number. C.R' 5804' and whercas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certifrcate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period. .
