Box 42601-O0100, Nairobr within fourteen days (14) from the date of this notice. The objectron should state clearly the name, address and telephone No. of the person/s or entity objecting. the reasons for the objection to the grant of the licence and should be signed by the objector. The Agriculture and Food Authority proposes to issue the licence to the applicants who will have complied with the Crops Act of 2013, section 20 (6),(7) and (8) and any other relevant written law on (to be guided by the legal department).
