GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1

WHEREAS Karanja Kiboi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.590 hectares or thereabout, known as Karai/Karai/4003, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Kiambu in succession cause No. 146 of 2016, has issued grant of letters of administration to the Public Trustee of Kenya, and whoreas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Karanja Kiboi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of R. L. 19 and R. L. 7 and issue a land title deed to Mary Wanjiku Ngige, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Karanja Kiboi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. I I hectare or thereabouts, known as Karai./Lusegeti/T.60, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate's Court at Kikuyu in succession cause No. 323 of 2016, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) John Mburu Kinuthia and (2) Peter Kimani Kinuthia, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Kinuthia Kiriha (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thkty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of R. L. 19 and R. L.7 and issue a land title deed to the said (1) John Mburu Kinuthia and (2) Peter Kimani Kinuthia, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kinuthia Kiriha (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
