REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Lianard Holdings Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Kenya, of P.O. Box 69512-00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 12610/45 (original No. 12610/1), situate north east of Mavoko Town in the district of Machakos, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as IR. 57159/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
