APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to Article 176 of the Constitution of Kenya, that establishes County Assembly for each County Government as read together with sections 12 (3) (d) of the County Governments Act and sections 8, 9 and 46 (d) of the County Assembly Services Act and the First Schedule thereto, the County Assembly of Makueni in its 35th sitting of the First Session of the Second County Assembly approved and appointed Stephen Mwanza Nzioka Josephine Nthenya Mwau to be members of the Makueni County Assembly Service Board with effect from the date of this publication, the tenure and grounds for removal and or vacation of office and the responsibilities are as set out in section 12 (5) (6) and (7) of the County Governments Act and sections 10 and 11 of the County Assembly Services Act.
