THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Simon Gitonga Nguyo, of P.O. Box 457, Nyahururu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 11.34 hectares or thereabout, known as Marmanet/Melwa Block 1/3004 (Muhotetu), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of the said piece of land.is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed absolute and of no effect.
