WHEREAS Pamela Chechumba Rechenbach, of P.O. Box 69601, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 2.16 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Miti Mingi/Mbaruk Block 3/786, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
