TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSENo.35 oF 2017 By (l) Mary Nzanze Wambugu, (2) Elijah Mulewa Ngandi and (3) Kalinga Kyuso Ngungu, the deceased daughter-inJaw, son and cousin, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (l) Ngandi Ikumba and (2) Stanley Ngandi Kiluti alias Ngandi Kiluti, who died at Ngongoni, Nzawa and Mwingi, on 4th March, 1990 and 14th May, 2006, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
