TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE No. 389 oF 2016
By John Odhiambo Otiato, of P.O. Box 59, Yala in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a gant of letters of administratron intestate to the estate of Joshua Otiato, who died at Nyawara SubJocation, on 6th
November,2007.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirry (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
