APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 122 of the
Tourism Act, 2011, as read together with section 24 of the Tourism
Regulatory Authority Regulations, 2014, the Cabinet Secretary for
Tourism appoints—
Fatuma Hirsi Mohamed—(Chairperson), Mike Macharia, Fred Kaigwa, Susan Ongalo, Keziah Odemba, Representative of Tourism Regulatory Authority—(Secretary to the Committee), to be members of the Vetting Committee for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 19th July, 2017.
