APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 (1) (a) of the
Survey Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Land and Physical Planning appoints—
CESARE NGIGII MBARIA to be the Chairman of the Land Surveyors Board, for a period of four
(4) with effect from the 20th June, 2017.
