IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 25 (2) of the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury appoints— SAITOTI KIMEREI MAIKA to be the Director-General of the Financial Reporting Centre for a period of four (4) years, with effect from the 12th July, 2017.
