TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: cAUsENo.42 0F 2017 By (1) Reuben Owiti and (2) Richard Oketch Owiti, the deceased's father and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ochieng Attonga, who died on llth July,2014. CAUSE No . 46 oF 20 I 7 By Thomas Ochieng Gor, the deceased's son, for a grant ofletters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Gor Akinyi alias Rose Akinyi Gor, who died on 9th March, 1996. CAUSE No.47 oF 2017 By (1) Henry Obenge Ojenge and (2) Hezron Ochieng Ojenge, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ojenge Ombiro, who died on 28th Septemberh, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
