WHEREAS I am of the oprnion that Prevailing Savings and Credit Co-operative Society Limited (CS/16430) should be dissolved pursuant to section 62 (l) (b) and (c) of the said Act, I cancel the registratron of the sard Socrety and order that it be liquidated. Any member of the Society may within thirty (30) days from the date of this order appeal to the Cabinet Secretary responsible for Co- operative Development against the order. And funher, pursuant to section 65 of the said Act, I appoint Rosemary Nduati, Senior Assistant Co-operahve Officer, of P.o. Box 960, Nyandarua, to be liquidator for a period not exceedmg one year and authorize her to take into her custody all the property(ies) of the said Society including such books and documents as are deemed necessary for the completion of the liquidation.
