REGISTRATION
WHEREAS James Kienje Iguthi, of P.O. Box 11608-00400, Nairobi rn the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor m absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.01 hectares or thereabout, situate m the district of Murang'a, registered under title No. Loc. 10Kahxtl2215, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no objectron has been received within that period.
