PETITION FOR LIQUIDATION
NOTICE is given that a petition for the liquidation of Bliss GVS
Healthcare Limited of P.O Box 5763-00200, Nairobi, by the High
Court of Kenya, Milimani Commercial Court, at Nairobi, was on the
7th April, 2017, presented to this Court by Jordan Hospital Limited.
And the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court
Sitting at 9.00 am, on the 28th July, 2017, and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by an advocate for the purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring such copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

DECLARATION OF EXTENSION OF THE MORATORIUM
PURSUANT to the application by the Commissioner of Insurance in exercise of his powers conferred under section 67 C (3) of the
Insurance Act, and to the Orders of the Court subsequently issued on
28th June, 2017, the period of Statutory Management has been extended for a further period of six (6) months effective 28th
September, 2017.
Now take further notice that in exercise of powers conferred by section 67C (10) of the Insurance Act, the Statutory Manager hereby extends the Moratorium on payments by the said insurer to its policy holders and all other creditors, for a period up to 28th September, 2017.
