NOTICE is given for information of the general public and all political stakeholders wishing to use electronic networks in Kenya for political purposes that the Communications Authority of Kenya has issued the Guidelines on Prevention of Dissemination of Undesirable Bulk and Premium Rate Political Messages and Political Social Media Content via Electronic Communications Networks in Kenya effective from the date of this Gazette Notice. The guidelines are available in the Authority's website via the following link: http://www.ca.go.ke/index.php/sector-guidelines Dated the 13th July, 2017. FRANCIS W.
