REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Richard Roita Murai, of P.O. Box 10-00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land comprising 0. 2000 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, known as L.R. 209/8336/55, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 27634/1, and whereas Kenya Commercial Bank Limited, has executed an instrument of discharge of charge in favour of Richard Roita Mural, and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that of the said title registered as I.R. 27634/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said lease and proceed with registration of the said instrument of discharge of charge.
